Channel / Strategic Partnerships Manager

Proactively foster relationships with key stakeholders, financial and clinical decision makers within distribution and aligned accounts.

    • Responsible for analysis and planning to ensure partner revenue goals are achieved.

    • Act as lead conduit for all contract negotiation and implementation for distribution business.

    • Ability to demonstrate conflict management in all situations.

    • Demonstrated high degree of financial acumen – ability to create and leverage internal and customer perspective financial analysis to achieve growth

    • Develop and implement market strategies for the adoption of Specific’s testing portfolio across targeted segments and within distribution specialty sales teams.

    • Responsible for contract management, annual partnership program management and new product launches

    • Provide support to Distributor sales – training, marketing and educational programs

    • Strong track record of success in both capital and reagent sales.

    • Expertise selling premium priced products.

    • Expertise with large account, multiple key stakeholders, multi-departmental sales.

    • Proactive approach to analyzing, diagnosing, and prescribing strategic business solutions to meet company sales goals.

    • Strong Relationship Building Skills with Sales and Executive Management

    • Maintains effective collaboration and coordination of internal resources to ensure company sales goals are met.

    • Experience planning and driving new product launch strategies in conjunction with Product Marketing.

    • Ability to connect with and coordinate between key customers and internal/external stakeholders to promote and expand business opportunities.

    • Coordinate training events for sales personnel within region.
